To use the content, follow the instructions below:

1. Download Image: To download, click on the image. The image should open up on your screen. Then, right-click on the image and click "Save image as." Name the image and save it to your desktop.
2. Copy the Text: With your cursor, highlight the caption under the image, right-click and select "copy."
3. Posting Content on Social: Open your social media platform and create a new post. In the text box, right-click and select "paste." When you do this, the copy should appear in your text box. Then, upload the saved image from your desktop. Don't forget to add your contact information in the caption so your followers know how to reach you.
